Venom Lumbar Back Brace

My lower back is very damaged (disc problem). Thus, my doctor recommended to buy a strong back brace to get me through the days. I was not very confident about this Venom brace, but I decided to give it a chance – worst case scenario, I will just return it back. I definitely did not do that as this thing is great. It fits me well, does not irritate my skin and provides solid support 24/7. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has to be on their feet a lot throughout the day and who suffers from lower back pain.

I always love to do deadlifts and squats whenever I am at the gym but recently, I’ve been on hold due to some lumbar pain. I was afraid to keep pushing and develop some bad condition. Instead, my doctor recommended a back brace and I went with this Venom one. Needless to say, I have no issues lifting now and this brace keeps my back pain at bay all day long. Of course, I try not to overuse it but all in all, it’s a great brace.
